ORDER FORM FOR PLAY SCRIPTS AND BOOK

This form is for play script and book orders and is not an automated shopping cart. Please fill in the requested information. You will be sent an ELECTRONIC INVOICE via email with instructions for paying with your credit card via a secure site. Please reply to the electronic invoice to process your credit card payment ASAP so that we can receive confirmation and ship your order.

There is a separate application sheet for RIGHTS & ROYALTY the licensing permission for producing the play script before an audience.

SHIPPING & HANDLING costs will be calculated and included in an invoice that will be returned to you for payment with your order.

Payment may be made with Visa or MasterCard (see credit card instructions) or a check in US funds. A purchase order number may be used for established institutions.

Anchorage Press Plays ships United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service. For special shipping or handling requests, please call.

No books may be returned, exchanged or sent on approval.

Production Pack Discounts: 10% discount for 10=19 scripts (one title); 20% discount for 20 or more.
